Project Description

The West Adams Business Improvement District (WABID), managed by Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative, is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive street maintenance services, including sidewalk sweeping, trash removal, porter service, and monthly reporting along West Adams Boulevard from La Brea to Hauser. Contract term: January 2–December 31, 2026. Proposals due December 10, 2025, by 5 pm.
